  1. Boil rice. Preheat oven to 180deg. Grate cheese.

  3. Cut top off pepper and empty out. Stuff pepper with fried rice mix.
  4. Place foil over top of pepper and put in oven. Bake for 20min. After taking out let rest for 10min.
